The order was delayed in being dispatched. However, the Face the Future was very honest about what caused the delay and addressed the problem as fast as they could. The customer service who answered the call updated me on the new dispatch date. Once dispatched, the order arrived within 2 working days!! The product matched what I placed an order for. I ordered BIOEFFECT EGF Power syrum. The batch I got still has a long shelf-life. Really prompt service. I was also very happy and surprised by the number of brands available. The Huxley cleanser is fabulous, and i was also able to buy the La Roche moisturiser which is a great alternative to the Rhode barrier restore cream that I had been using. The free gift was also a great surprise and was a full size!
