When you login to your Face the Future account, you will be able to view your active subscriptions.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We're sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your subscription. Remember, despite rising manufacturing costs, your price still stays the same even if the price of your chosen products were to increase during your subscription. However, if you'd still like to cancel then please call our customer services team on 0113 282 7744.

how can I change the date of reoccurrence?

You can change the date of reoccurrence of your order by logging into your Face the Future account. Alternatively, you can also email us on shop@facethefuture.co.uk or ring us on 0113 282 7744 to suggest an alternative date if we do not supply it.

can i apply discounts to my subscriptions?

No, you cannot apply discounts to your subscriptions as it is a fixed, locked price. However, the prices will not increase in your subscription.

can i change my address on my subscriptions?

Editing your address in your main account area will not update your subscription. Please contact us to cancel your active subscription, then re-order your subscription to your new address.
