The shampoo is very good but it had leaked all over the box. Emailed customer service and was not very helpful offered 10 percent discount but there was more than 10 percent spillage. Not a cheap shampoo so not very happy to receive 3 quarters full.

Great website, quick delivery, I was paying Ā£24 at my local salon for same product which is way more than delivering from Nine Yards and thanks for the free gifts.
